LGV Class 2 – Cat C

Driver Hire Huddersfield are seeking Category C – Class 2 LGV Drivers to join us working alongside clients based throughout the Kirklees areas of Huddersfield, Brighouse, Meltham and Holmfirth. These roles are for temporary and ad-hoc bookings assisting Clients covering holiday and sickness and increase in business demands. A high level of these roles can mature into permanent positions. Drivers will have held there Category C licence for at least 2 years and hold no more than 6 points.

We work with a wide variety of prestigious clients, so positions may include but are not limited to:

• Perform checks on the vehicle and the load before setting off.

• Ensure that the vehicle and it’s cargo get to their destination safely.

• Liaise with customers at the point of delivery.

• Some nights out may be required, although if this is an issue day work can be offered.

• Be in possession of a Cat C (Class 2) UK driving licence
