Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Liability Underwriter to join Jensten Underwriting in Huntingdon, supporting the continued development of our Liability and Commercial E-Trading proposition.
This role will suit an underwriter with strong technical capability and sound commercial judgement, who is comfortable underwriting liability risks, contributing to product development, and working closely with broker partners within a delegated authority environment.
What you’ll be doing:
Underwriting new business, renewals, and mid-term adjustments across employers’ liability, public liability, and commercial combined products
Assessing liability exposures, reviewing claims experience, and making well-reasoned underwriting decisions within agreed authority levels
