Liaison Officer – Real Estate

Role Summary

Handles approvals, NOCs, and regulatory compliance by coordinating with government departments for real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

Liaise with municipal, town planning, revenue, fire, pollution, RERA, and other authorities.
Manage approvals: plan sanctions, CC, OC, NOCs, registrations, renewals.
Prepare and submit documents, drawings, and applications.
Track approval status and follow up to avoid project delays.
Maintain compliance records and coordinate with architects, legal teams, and consultants.

Skills & Qualifications

4–8 years’ liaison experience in real estate.
Strong knowledge of local regulations and approval processes.
Excellent communication, networking, and documentation skills.
