Part-Time Librarian (Indian Nationals)
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Librarian to join our team at a library in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As an Indian national, you will have the opportunity to work in a diverse and multicultural environment while utilizing your expertise in library services.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily operations of the library, including circulation, reference, and technical services.
- Help patrons with locating materials and providing information on library resources.
- Conduct basic cataloging and classification of materials.
- Take part in developing and implementing library programs and events.
- Maintain accurate records of library transactions.
- Ensure a clean and orderly library space for patrons.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Library Science or related field.
- Prior experience working in a library setting is preferred.
