Librarian
Develop and maintain the library collection, including books, journals, and e-resources. Classify, catalog, and manage library materials efficiently. Assist students and faculty in accessing academic resources. Implement and manage library management systems and digital databases. Plan and conduct orientation programs for new students regarding library usage. Ensure proper issuance and return of books and maintain records. Stay updated with new publications and recommend acquisitions. Enforce library rules and maintain a conducive learning environment. Coordinate with faculty to ensure academic resource needs are met. Prepare library reports and ensure compliance with institutional and regulatory requirements. Any other responsibilities as may be assigned to you by the Registrar, Dean/Vice- Chancellor/Management from time to time.
