Manage and improve the infrastructure of ScholarWorks, UMass Boston’s Open Access Institutional Repository, including journals, Electronic Theses and Dissertations (ETDs), research datasets, and other scholarly materials. Provide guidance and support to journal administrators.Collaborate with graduate studies staff, the registrar’s office, and academic departments to facilitate and troubleshoot student Electronic Theses and Dissertations submissions.Work with the Institutional Repository vendor to resolve technical issues, implement new features, and develop repository communities.Build relationships with individuals and academic departments to increase repository adoption and use; develop repository policies, submission workflows, educational materials, and documentation.Guide faculty and students on Open Access publishing and repositories; advise on copyright policies and...
