Librarian: Systems and Technical Services

Summary: The Librarian: Systems and Technical Services is responsible for the management and administration of all library systems that support the Library’s delivery of services and resources to its users. In addition to the core integrated library system (SirsiDynix Symphony), other key systems include RelaisILL and OCLC Worldshare (interlibrary loans), EBSCO’s EDS (discovery search), SirsiDynix’s ERM (electronic resource management software) as well as a variety of related software, hardware and platforms that support the library’s operations. Additional responsibilities include budget input, overseeing acquisitions and inter‑library loan, and supervising library technicians.
