Librarian in Umm-al-Qaiwain, UAE

We are looking for a motivated, efficient and experienced Librarian to join our team in Umm-al-Qaiwain. We are offering an attractive salary of 1,500 AED for this position. We are open to considering foreigners for this role.

Responsibilities

• Organising library materials, maintaining the library catalogue, assisting customers with reference queries and providing library services to researchers.

Qualifications

• Degree in library science or related field
• At least two years’ experience working in a library
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Knowledge of library software and catalogue systems
• Proficiency in computers and other technical devices related to library applications
