Librarian

Overview

Librarian - Umm-al-Qaiwain. We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable individual to join our team as a Librarian in Umm-al-Qaiwain. This is a full-time position offering a salary of 1500 AED per month. We are open to considering foreign applicants.

Responsibilities

• Manage the library's collection of resources.
• Provide support to library users and help create an inviting atmosphere for learning.
• Organize and catalog new materials.
• Process requests from patrons and help patrons locate materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in library science or related field.
• Prior work experience in a library setting is preferred but not required.
• Highly organized with strong computer skills and excellent customer service skills.
• Knowledge of online databases and catalogs is highly desirable.
