Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth running of the library and provide exceptional customer service to patrons.
• Process books, digital media, periodicals, and other materials; help patrons find resources; answer questions about library services; assist with research projects.
• Shelve materials; catalog new items into the system.
• Organize special events such as book clubs or story time.
• Maintain current awareness of new materials and services offered by the library.
• Provide technology assistance when necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Library Sciences or equivalent experience.
