Library Services Director

(Full-time, permanent position, commencing August 2026)

Trinity College School (TCS) is a leading independent boarding and day school located on Michi-Saagiig Anishnaabeg traditional territory, covered by the Williams Treaties, in Port Hope, Ontario — approximately one hour east of Toronto. Founded in 1865, TCS serves approximately 600 students in Grades 5–12, with a balanced emphasis on academics, service learning, athletics, and the arts.

TCS is seeking its next Library Services Director: an educational leader who will ensure the Senior School (Grades 9-12) library is a welcoming, inclusive space that supports curricular and co-curricular programming while fostering a love of reading and multiple literacies. The director will provide strategic leadership for the library as a central hub of inquiry, innovation, and belonging, in alignment with the School’s mission and academic priorities.
