**License Compliance Specialist**
**Location:** Hybrid or Home Based - Indonesia
**Position Summary:**
We are looking for sales specialists to join the Bentley Systems License Compliance team. The team’s goal is to monetize usage in situations where: 1) there is no contractual relationship between Bentley and the software pirate, and 2) there is a contractual relationship between Bentley and the non-compliant user. The two main elements of the program are 1) Lead Generation and Qualification; and 2) Enforcement.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Professional management of all assigned License Compliance cases
+ Report and maintain systems related to License Compliance activities
+ Generating, tracking and qualifying leads from various sources
+ Evaluate the weight of evidence when pursuing targets
+ Participate in:
+ Communication campaigns
+ Managing enforcement providers and counsel
