Job Description
- Lead the architectural design process for medium to large-scale projects.
- Develop conceptual designs, detailed drawings, and construction documents using Revit, AutoCAD, or other relevant software.
- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.
- Oversee the work of junior architects, designers, and consultants, providing mentorship and direction.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and present design proposals that meet their goals and budgets.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the design and construction process.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure adherence to architectural plans and standards.
