• Create designs & plans for permits and project ventures

• Create rendering for marketing ads

Project Management

• Site Operations: Conduct inspection of site and coordinate with Foreman / Lead man for Management reporting

• Equipment Management: Ensure that equipment is well maintained and accounted for

Procurement

• Order supplies to suppliers as & when needed / raised by Foreman

• Monitor delivery and receipt issuance

• Coordination with admin for Supplier payment

Modular Cabinets

• Prepare cutting list and design cabinets for all projects under the company

• Coordinate procurement of materials and quality control of completed projects. This will require on site inspection of delivered materials and monitoring of the construction of the cabinets.
