Job Description
- Lead architectural design from concept development through design development and construction documents
- Prepare and review architectural drawings, models, specifications, and presentations
- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and professional standards
- Coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and internal project teams
- Present design concepts and solutions to clients and stakeholders
- Incorporate sustainability, functionality, budget, and constructability into design decisions
- Review shop drawings, submittals, and RFIs for design intent
