Job Description

This small freight forwarder located in Sydney's south-west along the M5 corridor is seeking an experienced Customs Broker, they are open to someone with 1-2 years experience. This is a very hands on role and there is definite growth potential.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full range of customs brokerage responsibilities
  • Be the first point of contact for clients with questions
  • Lodge accurate customs entries and keep things compliant
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies to keep cargo moving
  • Work closely with operations to resolve issues fast
    • Requirements
  • Current Licensed Customs Broker accreditation(s) including DAWR accreditation &
  • Strong knowledge of customs regulations, import/export processes, and compliance requirements
  • Solid knowledge of customs regs and import/export processes
  • Great communication and problem-solving skills
