Licensed Electrician

Overview

Reporting to the CEO you will manage all operations of this manufacturing facility including direct reports for Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering.

You develop short- and long-term planning in support of business and performance goals.

Develop and establish operating policies and objectives.

Lead CI initiatives and application of Lean Principals.

Ensure the company achieves revenue and profitability goals.

Measure effectiveness of all internal and external processes.

Provide frequent reports on operating conditions of the company.

You are the main point of contact with customers and suppliers.

In addition to supervision, your management functions include hiring, training, appraisal, counseling, and discipline.
