Who this role is for

This position is best for a licensed hairstylist who already has a clientele (or is actively building one) and wants to work inside a calm, structured environment where pre-booking, maintenance plans, and elevated standards are normal. You should be confident serving:

• Grey coverage & colour maintenance clients (5–7 week cadence)

• Lived‑in blonde / dimensional blonding clients focused on longevity and hair health

• Bonus if you have experience with extensions and love consultation‑based transformations
