Responsibilities:
- Drive new business and provide tailored insurance solutions to existing clients.
- Identify and qualify leads from multiple sources.
- Recommend customized Allstate products to suit each customer’s needs.
- Be a trusted advisor to your neighbors—help them feel secure about the future.
- Help clients understand the value of insurance, without the jargon.
- Deliver an outstanding client experience every time.
- Must be currently licensed (Property/Casualty or Personal Lines)
- Comfortable engaging in sales conversations.
- Motivated and driven to succeed.
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and listening)
- Detail-oriented and able to multi-task.
- Competitive base salary + uncapped commission = no limits on your earning potential.
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm (no weekends!) + a full hour lunch.
