The Senior Service Excellence Associate plays a pivotal role at AAA, focusing on member retention by preventing policy cancellations and strengthening relationships. This position requires expertise in identifying member needs, articulating the value of AAA's offerings, and providing comprehensive insurance solutions to ensure members maintain their coverage and access to essential services. Ultimately, this role is crucial for fostering member loyalty and delivering exceptional service that solidifies the AAA brand.
Senior Service Excellence Associate
Starting Pay: $24.04 guaranteed hourly rate plus monthly bonus potential and monthly allowance for Internet.
Full Time : 40 hours a week.
Shifts: Shifts start as early as 8 AM and end as late as 10 PM. We are open 7 days a week, so shifts may include working weekends. You will pick your shift at the time you are offered the position.
Training Info: Training is paid. Training hours are 9 AM - 6 PM (MDT), Monday - Friday for 6-8 weeks.
Responsibilities and Job Duties
+ Policy Retention and Sales:
+ Proactively retain members by engaging with internal team members who have members considering policy cancellations. You'll leverage your expertise in Third Party Carrier sales and sales platforms to offer competitive products via Epic Quotes,aiming to prevent CSAA policy cancellations and rewrite policies within the MWG Agency to ensure continued service excellence.
+ Consistently delivering a solution-oriented service experience that enhances member loyalty and satisfaction with the AAA brand.
+ Comprehensive Policy Review:
+ Conducting in-depth reviews with members to identify their specific needs and maximize value. This involves assessing risk using provided tools and underwriting guidelines, then recommending, quoting, binding, and issuing appropriate policies within the MWG footprint.
+ Applying sales techniques and product knowledge to understand customer needs. You'll effectively explain the value proposition and address objections to save the member and retain them within the MWG Agency.
+ Process Adherence and Documentation:
+ Following established protocols for handling cancellation calls and warm transfers, prioritizing saving policies with CSAA first. You'll ensure accurate and timely tracking of all customer interactions and actions taken.
+ Identifying opportunities for process improvement, proposing effective solutions, and implementing best practices to enhance the overall member experience.
Knowledge and Skills
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills, essential for effective member engagement.
+ Demonstrated expertise in sales, customer service, and meticulous follow-up.
+ Proficient in standard office software (e.g., Word, Excel, web browsers, email).
+ Understanding of AAA and Third-Party Carrier products, services, and systems is preferred.
+ Aptitude for multitasking in a fast-paced working environment.
+ Receptive to feedback and adaptable to change.
+ Bilingual communication skills preferred.
Education, Competencies, Certifications/Licenses
Minimum Requirements:
+ High school diploma or GED
+ 4-6 years sales, retention or customer service experience
+ Must have an active Property & Casualty License or Personal Lines License.
+ Obtain and hold all necessary unrestricted insurance and membership licenses for every state the Member Service Center covers. Required within 60 calendar days from your hire date or from when new states are added to the service area to secure these licenses.
Working Environment / Minimum Physical Requirements This is primarily a remote office job (teleworker). Physical requirements including standing, sitting, and wearing a phone headset. Approximately 95% of time is spent using the computer, video display, and receiving phone calls.
