Responsibilities
  • Generate new insurance business through outbound calling, cold calling, referrals, and follow-up
  • Prospect and qualify leads to identify insurance needs
  • Educate clients on available insurance products and coverage options


  • Quote, bind, and service insurance policies


  • Maintain accurate records and manage a sales pipeline


  • Build long-term client relationships and manage renewals


  • Stay compliant with state licensing and carrier requirements

Requirement
  • Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required)
  • Comfortable with outbound calling and proactive sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills


  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset


  • Ability to work independently and meet performance targets


  • Personal Lines insurance sales experience


  • Agency or call-center insurance background


  • Experience with CRM or agency management systems


  • Prior phone-based sales or customer-facing experience
