Description

CTF Illinois is looking for a LPN for our Mattoon/Charleston area. The Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for providing and coordinating all medical services, making recommendations concerning medical services and needs, and working directly with staff, individuals receiving services and medical professionals regarding awareness of health and medical needs, general good health practices, and medical and charting procedures
