Reporting to the Home Care Manager, you will utilize your strong assessment, organizational, and leadership skills to provide leadership and supervision of health care aides and deliver quality nursing care to clients in the community. The successful candidate will play a key role on the interdisciplinary team, collaborating in the delivery of holistic, client and family centre care. Your role will require you to work independently in client homes, lift and carry medical bags and be comfortable working in all weather conditions.
