Overview

Your Opportunity: Located at the LHHW, responsible for working with gynecology, and oncology patients, and performing a variety of nursing duties and administering safe and effective nursing care according to hospital policies and nursing care standards. The incumbent will care for a variety of patients including day surgery, acute gynecology/oncology, medicine and patients undergoing genetic terminations of pregnancy. A thorough understanding of gynecology, or oncology is an asset. The incumbent must demonstrate a professional attitude while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and consider the Essential Habits as set forth by the Royal Alex Way in daily interactions with colleagues, patients, and visitors. 3East and 2 South are fast paced areas providing healthcare to women undergoing gynecological procedures, assessments, and treatments.
