Use and practice basic assessment data collection, participate in planning

Administer medicine to individuals in accordance to their Plan of Care

Execute interventions in accordance with the Plan of Care

Communicate to ensure patient/family is educated to the Plan of Care and planned treatments

Maintain an environment of safety for patients, self and others and support patient safety initiatives

Assess patient's condition, including biophysical, psychosocial, age specific needs, and safety needs
