SSTAR is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our CSS unit. The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing nursing care for clients on the CSS unit. The LPN acts as the liaison between nursing and other program components.


Pay Rates: $30.00 - $38.00/hour, commensurate upon experience PLUS differentials ($2.25 - $7.00/hour as applicable).


Hours: Part-time and Full-time available (24 - 40 hours/week)

  • LPN coordinates system for managing residential CSS clients self-administered prescribed medications while they are residing on the Unit. LPN is responsible for medication review, transcription review, coordination of medication needs. LPN is to administer medication while on shift.
  • Orients the CSS Recovery Specialist and other staff to the medication procedures.
  • Conducts CSS Recovery Specialist medication competencies upon hire and yearly.
