Position Overview:
Sunny Hill Nursing Home, located at 421 Doris Ave in Joliet, IL, is currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. The LPN will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their health and well-being in a supportive environment. This position offers rotational shifts to accommodate the needs of our residents, including 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm, and 10:00 pm to 6:30 am shifts.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information accurately.
