Salary: Up to $43 an hour


Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Description:

  • Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit. Duties Include;

  • Medication Administration, including IVs.

  • Taking and recording vital signs.

  • Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome.

  • Provide resident and family education.

  • Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.

  • Supervising CNAs

    • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

  • Current License-LPN

    • Salary: Up to $43 an hour
