Reporting to the Seniors Health Area Manager, the Casual Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible to provide direct nursing care to clients in various living settings in collaboration with the Community Care Case Manager. As a member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for understanding and carrying out nursing activities in accordance with the Continuing Care Health Service Standards through promoting the Wellness Independence Model of Care and empowerment of clients.
