Licensed Practical Nurse - Renal Dialysis

Your Opportunity:

We have an exciting opportunity in our program for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) within the Alberta Kidney Care - North program. As a member of the multidisciplinary team, the LPN is responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care. Decisions are made in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. The LPN provides patient and family centered care to acute and chronic renal failure patient populations. The LPN will practice within the guidelines and philosophy of the AKC. You will be encouraged and be expected to work at your full scope of practice and provide a variety of nursing duties in accordance with current policies and nursing care standards. Casual Employment: As a casual employee (on a call-in basis), you will not have a regular schedule and there will be no minimum hours guaranteed for any week or month.
