Licensed Practical Nurse

Your Opportunity:

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) works in the Acute Care and Emergency settings. Staff provide care to emergency patients and to acute medical inpatients. This combined unit fosters a strong collaborative team environment with Nurses, Physicians, Unit Clerks, and Health Care Aides. The rural generalist nurse provides care to a diverse cohort of patients. Unit specific orientation is required prior to providing care. This position will report to the Unit Manager -Rocky Mountain House and will support two programs: Acute Care and Emergency. The LPN will be committed to providing open communication and feedback with respect for colleagues, care providers, patients and families. The LPN will also work as a member of a health care team, collaborating on the delivery of care to meet the needs of the patients/clients.
