Position Overview
The New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH) is seeking a qualified and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing care within the Five Points Mental Health Unit. This unit delivers mental health services to forensic patients in a secure environment. The LPN will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse, physician, or other authorized healthcare provider and will play a key role in supporting patient care, safety, and clinical operations.
