Job Description
This position is for an LPN in an Oncology clinic. The role requires experience with patient follow-up phone calls, pharmacy communications, and telephone triage, aiming to provide exceptional care and support to our patients.
Responsibilities
+ Conduct follow-up phone calls to patients to ensure their well-being and address any concerns.
+ Manage pharmacy calls and handle refill requests efficiently.
+ Perform telephone triage to assess patient needs and provide appropriate guidance.
+ Coordinate care for oncology and outpatient patients.
Essential Skills
+ At least 2 years of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
+ Proficiency in using EPIC software.
+ Strong skills in telephone triage.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in oncology and/or outpatient settings is preferred.
