Job Description
We are seeking a licensed Structural Engineer (any country) to perform a qualitative structural feasibility review of an early-stage modular steel low-rise building system (3 stories / 12 units).
The system consists of stacked steel containers connected with steel beams/joists, designated LFRS wall lines, and stair openings.
This engagement is conceptual and advisory only, supporting an early Go / No-Go decision prior to detailed engineering.
Scope of Review (Qualitative Only) Based on the Conceptual Design Package:
1. Conceptual assessment of gravity load paths
2. Conceptual assessment of lateral load paths and system stability
3. Identification of key structural assumptions and risks
4. Opinion on conceptual scalability and reasonable height considerations
5. Identification of items deferred to future EOR design and permitting

1. Structural calculations or member sizing
2. Code compliance verification
