The Role:
We are looking for a compassionate Licensed Psychologist to support our mission in democratizing access to high-quality mental health care! Cerebral takes a holistic and comprehensive approach when providing care for our patients which includes therapy services along with medication management as needed.
This position is a W2 Hourly (part time or full time) OR W2 Salary role. Compensation is equivalent to up to $125K annual salary based on experience and qualifications.
Who you are:
Independently Licensed Psychologist (PsyD or PhD) in the United StatesYou are licensed and in good standing in at least one of the following PSYPACT states: AL, AZ, AR, CO, CT, DE, DC, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, ME, MD, MI, MN, MO, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WV, WI, WYYou do not need to reside in the states outlined above, but do need to be licensed and enrolled in one of the PSYPACT states listedKnowledge in clinical application of the DSM-5Maintain a strong evidence-based clinical skill set while practicing & implementing outcome-focused careEmpathetic and intuitive listeningStrong verbal and written communicationKnowledgeable in crisis responseComfortable working autonomously in a telemedicine environmentTech-savvy with the ability to navigate various systems & tools with ease (this includes, but is not limited to Google Workspace, Slack, proprietary EMR, etc.)Passionate about our mission of improving access to high-quality mental health careAn entrepreneurial spirit or previous experience within a startup or fast-paced environment is preferred How your skills and passion will come to life at Cerebral:
Hold thoughtful and engaged sessions with clients once per week for 45 minutesProvide up to 40 hours of weekly availabilityCreate your own flexible schedule based on your individual availability! Cerebral is committed to equal pay for equal work; however, business reasons may dictate variations in pay that are attributed to objective factors, such as a candidate's qualifications and years of experience.
National Base Salary Range:$110,000—$125,000 USD
