Licensing Approval Coordinator

Our client is a family owned, Licensed Garment supplier to the high street. They are currently recruiting for a Licensing Approvals Coordinator to join their growing team.

Licensing Approvals Coordinator - The Role:

• To be responsible for all stages of the licensing approval process from initial concept stage to final production.


• Work closely with designers, sales account managers and merchandisers on their critical paths.


• Establish a close relationship with licensors and attend meetings when required.


• Maintaining internal processes and systems.


• Data reporting.


• Be responsible for tracking approvals and chasing licensors for urgent or late comments with and without prompt.


• Be responsible for updating designers / account managers / merchandisers with Licensor approval comments and following up where necessary.


• Organise local and overseas couriers for the Approvals department.
