Job Description
As a Line Supervisor, you will comply with the production program, leading the work group under your responsibility, according to the safety and quality policies established by our organization and customers. You will be located at Saltillo Plant, and report directly to our Plant manager.

- You will lead startup, line shutdown and production schedule compliance.
- You will assign work responsibilities to the personnel in charge and coordinate the daily activities.
- You will be in charge of the instructions for hanging of parts and handling of materials.
- Verify finished products with the quantity and quality required with end customer.
- You will fill out production forms, attendance list, and follow up with the personnel in the system.
- You will ensure compliance with the safety standards established by the company.
