As a Life Insurance Sales Agent, you’ll meet with clients virtually, help them understand their coverage options, and guide them toward solutions that protect their financial future.


This commission-based role is designed for people who want more control over their schedule and earnings while working within a structured, supportive system. You’ll have access to training, mentorship, and a lead platform that allows you to focus on meaningful client conversations rather than cold outreach.

Compensation:

$130,000+ per year

Responsibilities:
  • Focus on meaningful conversations with qualified leads — we handle the prospecting
  • Conduct virtual consultations to assess client needs and priorities
  • Present life insurance options in a clear and professional manner
  • Assist clients through the application and underwriting process
  • Maintain follow-up communication to support long-term client relationships
  • Track activity and results using digital tools
  • Adhere to all licensing, compliance, and ethical standards


Qualifications:
  • Clear, confident communication skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage time in a remote environment
  • Professional mindset and openness to coaching
  • Experience in sales or client service is helpful, but not required
  • Willingness to obtain a life insurance license (guidance provided)
