The Opportunity: 

We’re expanding and looking for phone-based Life Insurance Sales Brokers to join our Sydney office commencing on the 9th of February 2026. You will receive 3 full weeks of paid training including RG146 Certification. This role is a full-time office based role.  

Here’s what you’ll do: 

• Access a panel of Australia’s top 9 Life insurance providers to offer comprehensive comparison services 
• Achieve daily sales goals and performance targets 
• Engaging in meaningful, empathetic conversations that maintain and build trust with our customers
• Adhere to compliance standards and regulation

About you:

• Self-motivated and highly driven to succeed 
• Life Insurance experience (preferred) or strong sales experience in pipeline sales
• Resilient and strong problem-solving skills 
• Excellent communication skills and team player 
• Previous outbound sales experience (contact centre) experience is a bonus
