Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Handle all requests including (but not limited to) new policy setup, renewals, endorsements, certificates, and queries, ensuring compliance with required checklists and timely coordination with other departments.
  • Adhere to underwriting, regulatory, and compliance requirements, including document screening, reporting suspicious transactions, and proper record retention.
  • Strictly follow the Authority Matrix and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), referring to any deviations to the appropriate authority for approval.
  • Perform policy issuance and administration activities while consistently meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Turnaround Times (TATs), and internal quality benchmarks.
  • Ensure accuracy in processing policy documents, terms & conditions, endorsements, and service requests.
  • Oversee new and renewal policy fulfillment, endorsements, and other service requests in accordance with defined TATs in SOPs.
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the insurance industry.
  • Licentiate or Associate Certificate from CII is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
