Job Description

Overview

As the Lifecycle Implementation Analyst, this individual is responsible for ensuring that the various customer lifecycle initiatives in the framework and roadmap are correctly defined, set-up, tested and running in the marketing automation platform (as planned and according to prioritization). This individual has a customer-centric mindset and demonstrates the ability to create shared vision, inspire collaboration, and drive change with momentum.

  • Confident in utilizing the marketing platform (Bloomreach/Exponea) to support the automated implementation and improvements of customer lifecycle communication initiatives (for activation, usage and growth).
