Our DTC subscription model is thriving, and we’re now looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own our email and SMS channels, driving retention, engagement, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the day-to-day strategy and execution of our email and SMS marketing programs, focused on acquisition, cross-sell, churn prevention, referral, and winback.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Lifecycle Marketing to manage the campaign calendar—aligned with cultural moments, seasonal themes, promos, and product launches.
