ESS, part of Compass Group, provides integrated hospitality and support services to the Australian Defence Force across Australia. We are currently seeking qualified and safety-minded Lifeguards to join our Sport and Recreation team.

In this role, you'll ensure the safe and efficient operation of the on-base aquatic facilities, providing supervision and assistance to Defence personnel and guests while maintaining high standards of water quality, cleanliness, and compliance.
