Job Description
We are seeking to fill a key post in the Lifeline Service- part of the Independent Living service. You will be installing and programming lifeline and assistive tech into local peoples homes, and connecting this to the 24hr, 7 day a week alarm receiving call centre for lifeline service , providing safety and security to the people of Hull whom require this service.
The role includes;
Being first point of contact for referrals and providing advice and information .Visiting people in their own homes and installing a lifeline and assistive technology equipment for all client groups including elderly and other vulnerable people. Taking confidential information including handling bank details and payments. Maintaining accurate records and information using computers and various software programmes including NEC, SAAS 3 and Liquid logic.
