Job Description

We are seeking to fill a key post in the Lifeline Service- part of the Independent Living service. You will be installing and programming lifeline and assistive tech into local peoples homes, and connecting this to the 24hr, 7 day a week alarm receiving call centre for lifeline service , providing safety and security to the people of Hull whom require this service.

The role includes;

  • Being first point of contact for referrals and providing advice and information .

  • Visiting people in their own homes and installing a lifeline and assistive technology equipment for all client groups including elderly and other vulnerable people.
  • Taking confidential information including handling bank details and payments.
  • Maintaining accurate records and information using computers and various software programmes including NEC, SAAS 3 and Liquid logic.
