• Perform routine preventive maintenance, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues to reduce breakdown risks, minimize failure rates, and enhance overall service quality.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults efficiently, ensuring rapid resolution to reduce equipment downtime and maintain operational continuity.
• Provide timely 24-hour callback response in alignment with KPI targets, delivering critical support for urgent service requests while fulfilling weekly standby duty during assigned shifts.
