Lighting Technician at Viking Cruises is a shipboard role reporting to the Stage Manager . They are responsible for the programming, operation, and maintenance of all lighting and special effects systems across the ship's entertainment venues. 

Core Responsibilities

• Show Operation: Rig, circuit, and focus lighting for production shows, cabarets, and guest lecturers. Operate manual and computer-controlled lighting systems during live performances.
• Programming: Program lighting consoles (such as GrandMA and Martin M1 ) during technical rehearsals and updates showfiles as needed.
• Maintenance: Perform routine inspections, cleaning, and minor to moderate repairs on lighting inventory, including moving fixtures, LED lights, and dimming systems. <...
