Job Description
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and expand sales of **lighters and related products** in the Mexico market
- Identify and acquire new customers, including distributors, wholesalers, and retail chains
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, pricing, and competitor activity
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and sales terms in line with company policy
- Coordinate with internal teams (supply chain, production, and customer service) to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback for management
- Represent Wellfield at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events when required
- Proven experience in **sales**, preferably in **lighters, FMCG, consumer goods, or tobacco accessories**
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience working with **international manufacturers or importers**:
- Knowledge of **product compliance or import processes** is a plus
- Experience managing distributors and regional sales territories
- Strong understanding of the **Mexico market** and local distribution channels
- Existing network of distributors or retail contacts is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
- Willingness to travel within Mexico as required
- Proficient in **Spanish**; **English communication** is required for coordination with headquarters

Contract length: 6 months
Pay: $18,000.00 - $25,000.00 per month
