Lighting Equipment Maintenance Manager

Over View of Role:

We need person preferably only from the Lighting Industry

Strong background of Injection Moulding, Process like Hard coating, Metallizing, Antifog machineries, Assembly process machineries requirements including leak testing, photometric & EOL functions requirements Sound knowledge on utilities and service equipment’s maintenance with strong background in Cost saving drive with TPM Background for driving PM Pillar as Chairman. Must have good leadership skills & Techno commercial leader with very good analytical business acumen.

Key Responsibility:

Perform manpower planning for the maintenance function at the plant level and allocate work within the team as per employee specialization and experience

Facilitate maintenance for machine software and programs with ensured backlog of 3 years
