Job Description

Role:


To provide customer support and query co-ordination to the department manager, to ensure best practice for all process and procedures. To achieve completion of product conversion workload within the agreed time and maintain the open order report.

Responsibilities:
  • To manage customer enquiries regarding orders, availability & item code queries.
  • Liaise with the Technical manager on enquiries that come in via phone and email.
  • Co-ordinate and communicate product requests and enquiries to the conversions team.
  • Pricing and Quotes on SAP
  • To provide guidance, instruction and direction to the team leads with regards to the open order report.
  • To liaise with Internal sales reps, wholesalers and regional directors.
  • Ensure all orders are dispatched within time frame of open order report.
  • SAP Transactions, receipts, dispatch, BOM's, production orders, sales orders, ...
