LIMS LabWare Engineer - 6 Months - Remote ***
RED now has a new contract opportunity for a LabWare Support Engineer to join one of our key partners for a major LabWare (CLS / CLIMS / PIMS) modernisation and operational support programme.
The initial contract will be for 6 months with a scope for extension.
This contract is to start ASAP and will be remote.
5+ years of experience supporting LabWare LIMS (configuration, templates, subroutines, workflows)
~5–8 years overall experience in IT application support or LIMS engineering
~ Strong expertise in SQL (Oracle) including investigation, log analysis and RCA
~ Citrix, Oracle DB, API workflows, LabWare Mobile, interfaces, Azure
~ Monitoring & operational support experience: environment health checks, log review, automated ticketing (e.g., ServiceNow/SNOW)
~ Excellent communication skills in English , with ability to work with SMEs, product owners and global lab teams
